Are the rod sets available for the LM9300?

As of August 24, 2022, to receive just the LM9300 rodset the customer MUST:

  • Contact SteelCraft Technical Support to trouble shoot issues with the rod set.
  • Once deemed defective customer must provide original order number.
  • SteelCraft will then process a rod set replacement order and ship it directly to the customer for in-field replacement. All issue/warranty support for SteelCraft doors and rod sets will be done through the SteelCraft Technical Support and Customer Support Team.
